Deposits • All deposits are non-refundable. • Deposits may be transferred once only. Wig & Lace Drop-Offs • Wigs/closures must be dropped off 2–5 days before your appointment. • For coloring services, wigs must be dropped off 5 days before your appointment. • No drop-offs past 7:00 PM. • Leave wigs on the porch at drop-off (camera is always on). • Same-day drop-offs are not guaranteed. • Same-day drop-offs will result in a $50 fee. • Failure to drop off within the required time frame will result in a $30 inconvenience fee. • Any pre-customized hair must still be dropped off within the given period. • Drop off location will be found in email (Manage Appointment) • Wig bags must be labeled with your name and appointment date. Lace Wigs & Closures Recommended hair companies: Lemoda Hair Hairsofab Wiggins Hair Luvme Hair Beeos Hair Tinashe Hair Reinstalls Please ensure all previous glue residue is completely cleaned off prior to your appointment. If not, there will be an additional $15 cleaning fee. Touch-Ups Touch-ups are only available within 7 days after your install. Please contact me directly to schedule. Arrival & Late Policy • There is a 10-minute grace period. • After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will apply. • After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. Please be mindful of both our time. Guests I love my space — it’s home to me. No guests are allowed unless confirmed by me beforehand. Squeeze-In Appointments Appointments scheduled outside of business hours will include a $50 squeeze-in fee. Wig Customization Wigs must be dropped off 7 days prior to pick-up for customization services.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. omidoesmyhair has a 40% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify us as soon as possible to reschedule.
